My husband and I had spent 12 months trying to buy our first home. This involved dealing with many agents over the course of that time with multiple failed offers. We had dealings with agents who weren’t working in our favour at all and many were not transparent or even cared, which didn’t sit well with us when trying to make one of the biggest decisions of our life. The emotional toll was high. When we met Tina she had remembered us from a previous open home months earlier and seemed genuinely concerned we were still looking for a home. I was immediately taken back that she remembered us especially when all you ever felt like going to open homes was just a number. It just so happened we fell in love with the house and wanted to put an offer on it. Tina’s service was outstanding, nothing was ever a problem, and all questions or concerns we had were answered quickly and honestly. This was a great comfort to us both. Before we knew it our offer was accepted and the house we fell in love with was ours. A dream come true thanks to Tina’s impeccable efficiency, transparent negotiation skills and genuine care of wanting to see us in our own home. I cannot speak more highly of Tina and would recommend her to everyone looking to buy or sell their home. I also thought another nice touch was a group chat that was created where we kept in contact throughout the whole process. Although we did not have any face to face dealings with Nick he communicated on this group and congratulated us, and he made his presence known every step of the way. Both Tina and Nick are the loveliest people who make you feel well cared for during the whole process. We cannot thank you enough!

Nick and Tina bring expertise to the sale process. They are completely professional but manage to be friendly and personable at the same time. As with any sale process, there were a few unforseen hitches along the way, and Nick's guidance and advice where needed was appropriate and considered.
