From the moment my friend and I entered the first open home, Nick was welcoming, funny, and knowledgeable. I attended the open home again the following day and was impressed that Nick remembered my name. He was again very approachable and helpful. I decided to put an early offer in on the home. Nick made the process exceptionally easy and explained clearly what the process would be and how everything worked. It was incredibly helpful to be able to sign the S&P agreement electronically as it's not always possible to take time out to sign a document in person.
