Nick and Tina were very proactive with communication and were able to successfully negotiate good prices on the two houses we sold with them. Both sold in a short time frame.

I dont have a lot of time for real estate agents because of past experiences but it was easy to work with Nick and Tina and I would use them again if we decide to sell. Our initial valuation range was the reason we decided to list with Nick and Tina but that valuation range was quite a lot higher than our actual sale price, ultimately selling at 6% below the valuation low. Nick and Tina did a fantastic job of selling my property for me in a timely manner, and I was more then satisfied with the service from them both and the time frame in which they got the job done.

We had good communications with the agents and they cleared up all doubts that came up before the offer document. There were more communications as we went unconditional and it went smoothly. After we went unconditional most of our queries were directed through the solicitor. When we did the final inspections there was a hiccup and we had to reschedule so they were gracious to give us an alternate time from their busy schedules. After the bank cleared the home settlement we picked up the keys from their office. Overall easy to deal with.
