I approached Kate cold after researching the market and was initially impressed by her reviews and transparent pricing structure. You only get to sell a house once, so I wanted to be sure she would meet our expectations before hiring her. I decided to 'mystery shop' one of her listings—a property that looked like hard work in a flat market.
