In a declining market, our preferred option was to sell. However, if we didn’t hit our bottom line, tenanting our property was our back up plan. We wanted to go with a flat fee agent to save on real estate fees but we were careful about who we picked as we still needed the agent to work for us as we were were well aware of market trends. The sale of our property could not have gone better. From the first meeting with Anna we were impressed with her professionalism and extremely positive approach to marketing the property.
