Anna was great to deal with. I met her while attending several open homes in Rolleston. She was very communicative and contacted us straight away to let us know straight away after the open home that the deadline had been moved forward. We arranged a time to make an offer on the house at a time that suited me and my partner, as we have different work schedules. Anna was highly professional at the meeting, explaining the S&P agreement and answering all of our questions. We are first-home buyers and she was very patient with us. We left the meeting with a copy of everything we'd seen and signed, and confident in our decision. This was a nice contrast from the first time we put an offer on the house, not knowing we were entitled to a copy of the offer, and the agent (from a different company) not informing us of this or providing it. Moving forward once the offer was accepted, Anna kept us informed throughout the entire process. My partner Molly hadn't been able to attend the open home, and it was easily arranged with Anna for Molly to view the house during the building inspection. When we had questions about the property, and about the Vendor's original plans for some partially-completed work, Anna went out of her way to find the information we were looking for to allow us to complete the projects ourselves as easily as possible. It was comforting to deal with a real estate agent who is kind, calm, professional and reassuring - especially when we had some unforeseen hiccups fulfilling our conditions. If we ever need to sell, we'll be contacting Anna.

Anna is a straight up person what YOU SEE IS WHAT YOU GET. She listens to what you have to say about the marketing of our property. I had investigated the local market and competition properties. My conclusion was also how much we needed to move on. If I thought that we would not reach that place in the market we would not have gone ahead with the sale. Anna came up with a plan aiming for my amount and it worked. In 10 days after two open homes and two evening viewings she presented us with 6 offers to consider.
