Anna worked lots of hours outside the normal work time that most would expect. At the open home she gave me good advice and a realistic price range that she estimated the property would sell for. She answered my queries via email and text after the open house in a prompt and efficient manner often late into the evening. When engaging an agent, we wanted to make sure we were making the right decision. Being relatively new to Rolleston, we weren’t familiar with the top performing agents. So, I googled “best agent in Rolleston”. There were two names that stood out, with Anna’s name being clearly the most popular choice. We still wanted to make sure we did our due diligence to ensure we were making the correct choice, so we did the rounds of open homes. There were clearly a varied mix of agents to choose from, some who had no intention of following up on buyers, and others who seemed extremely organized. I invited several to put a proposal to us, and ultimately, we chose Anna. There was never a point in the sales process where we felt we had not made the right decision. While there is no secret that the pricing offered by Arizto is certainly an attraction, when selling a million dollar property, if the agent wasn’t up to it, then the savings on commission are soon lost. Other agencies set rates were between 2-3 times the price of Anna’s, however if I had had to pay that rate to Anna, I would have still felt we got good value, and certainly got great service. The whole Arizto “online” way of doing things, while a bit new to us, is definitely the way to go, and something all agencies should be adopting. While she is an extremely busy agent, she always had time for us, and always got back to us. The next time we sell, there will only be one choice for us.
