Christian pushed us hard to deliver a great house to market and we got the result we wanted.

Nice and friendly to deal with. Knew the house well and wasn't pushy. Let us live around the house freely to chat about it within ourselves.

Christian came through for me with everything he said he'd do when we first met. He managed shifting sands well, guided things to a successful result and was always enthusiastic and accommodating. Thanks for a good experience Christian.

Christian is obviously a people person who relates on a caring level in an extremely professional manner. I appreciated his straight up approach and will have no hesitation in recommending him to others.

Our selling experience was so easy we are getting Christian to sell again for us

Covid 19 made it difficult for the buyers as well as us selling. Under the circumstances we are thankful for Christian to follow through and close the sale.

Christian was excellent to deal with, knew the market and how to attract buyers and kept us informed through the whole process. We sold with Covid-19 restrictions but Christian was great explaining the process and getting buyers through the house.

Communication awesome regular and focussed and even got my name correct. High level of professionalism and knowledge of what needed to be done. More difficult when we didn’t live in Chch

Christian's knowledge of marketing and service in selling our house was very outstanding would definitely recommend him to anyone selling there home.

Christian has a lot of knowledge in realestate with a passionate approch. He provided all the nescessory, comphrehensive property information that a buyer needs, this made the process really easy. Christian is without a doubt a straight forward, hardworking agent that will look after your best interests. Highly recommended!

Would highly recommend Christians services!

Christian was instructed by Layburn Hodgins to list 330 Centaurus Road for sale. He was extremely professional throughout and kept us updated on progress. Through some very astute negotiations he managed to achieve a price for the sale of the property far in excess of our expectations . We would have no hesitation in recommending Christian and judging from his past performance we intend to instruct him again at the earliest opportunity.
