He and her office's documentation flows were very complete and efficient. I found the detailed weekly marketing updates very useful in terms of buyer feedback but also at what stage each prospective purchase was at. She was very amenable to discussions around the selling price and was able to achieve a desired outcome. There are a lot of small but necessary items to take into account in a sale and Coralie kept track of those as well.
