Selling my house with Holly was an unexpected smooth experience! She is extremely knowledgeable so I felt confident in taking her guidance to navigate me through the sometimes complex variables involved when selling a property. I really can’t recommend her highly enough and her track record speaks for itself!
The “Holly Jones” team were fantastic to work with. A very well oiled machine where nothing is too much trouble. Holly and Charlotte secured a great outcome for us. We were kept fully up to date with the marketing and sale of the property. We couldn’t have asked for better service throughout the process. Everyone played a part in securing the sale. Holly really knows the market and her marketing and sales technique is amazing. Would highly recommend. Thanks so much to everyone we dealt with. Tony and Lynley
We were very pleased with our choice of Ricky and Holly when selling our house. They were enthusiastic, friendly and helpful throughout the process. They are backed by a great team who manage all the back room matters very efficiently. We appreciated that Ricky didn't put pressure on us to accept a low offer, but kept negotiating to get the best price he could for us. Highly recommend them both.
Holly Jones and her team were very knowledgeable and professional throughout the sales process. Keep me in the loop. Much appreciated
Selling and buying for the first time is not easy. So many decisions to make, so many aspects to consider: what is the market like? How to price? what to expect? Offers, counter offers, legal implications, open home or auction, building inspections and what to do with the reports? thank you especially to Charlotte Mason for her patience with someone with only a limited understanding of all that is involved!
What a team. Honest, proactive and committed to excellence. Working with the team has been an absolute pleasure.
Holly, Charlotte and the team were very helpful, and had great market knowledge. We felt at ease from the time we met and trusted the team had everything under control. Thanks for the enjoyable experience!
When selling my home, I wanted someone I could truly trust with the whole campaign from start to finish, and Holly Jones, Charlotte, and their team exceeded all expectations. Their communication was outstanding, and they kept me informed of attendance at open homes and buyer enquiries as soon as they happened. I always felt I was in capable hands, with professionals who were genuinely working for my interests as the vendor. On sale day, Holly and the auctioneer’s expertise secured the best possible price for my property. Her guidance made navigating the complex sales process straightforward and stress-free. I'm deeply grateful to Holly and Charlotte for their outstanding service and support. Without hesitation, I recommend Holly Jones to anyone seeking an agent who combines professional excellence with personal warmth and genuine care. Thanks Holly, I'm so glad I chose you!
Highly recommend knowledge and always kept in touch and was always available when needed up to date on progress and details and feedback.
Holly and her team always did what they said they were going to do, they were easy to communicate with and always helpful. The process of selling my house was well organised and a speedy process. I would thoroughly recommend Holly and her team.
Another great experience from a team that has no weaknesses and are passionate about what they do. On the rare occasion when houses do fall over, like this one, Holly, Dominika and the team always get them back under offer within a day or 2 . That comes down to their large customer database, listings and ability to match houses to buyers. Always fun and enjoyable working with the team, thank you.
