Everything from house viewing to making an offer then purchasing the property was done clearly with great communication and speed. This was my first home I have brought and and the process from start to finish was all done and handled with expertise.

Charlotte had the first open home and was discrete yet personable. Left to view in my own time and details taken. My wife and I then booked another viewing for 2 days later. We received all the information required to place a pre-auction bid. Once in place everything moved really quickly. All paperwork was signed off, bid accepted for an early auction and this was all done without issue whilst Charlotte was in Australia. On winning at auction again everything flowed so we had no worries about the process. Deposit paid, move in date arranged, just waiting to get the keys.
