We would like to commend the team at Tall Poppies Omokoroa for their professionalism, commitment and honesty. This is the second time we have sold a property with Tall poppies and Linley and Rachel took care of our requirements without any hassle or delay. They had great communication and therefore, it was an all round stress free experience.
From the listing of the property to the settlement day Rachel was so very helpful in all aspects of the sale of our family home. She has extremely good knowledge of all the properties that were sold in the area and the final sale price was better than expected. I would not hesitate in recommending Rachel and Tall Poppy for their superior performance, in all areas of the sale of our home. Thank you Rachel.
We have been very impressed with Linley’s honesty and advice. We met Rachel yesterday and couldn’t ask for a higher standard of service and support from them both and made our purchase very easy. Thank you all very much.
Having purchased this property through Rachel 8 years ago, and very happy with the way she worked, we chose to give her and Linley the property to market for us. We have been very satisfied with the professional way they went about the process of selling the property. Regular contact and updates were much appreciated. We have no hesitation in recommending them to other Sellers and/or Purchasers. We thank them for the successful Sale they obtained for us.
It has been a pleasure to work with Rachel and her team, they have been very professional and honest. Communication was easy, she was always available and the whole process went very smoothly. We believe we got an excellent result and that Rachels understanding of the market was spot on. Our experience with Tall Poppy has been a pleasure.
Linley was very helpful and informative, very happy with the purchase.
Rachel and her colleagues were very accommodating leading up to and after the sale. I appreciate their genuine approach. Buying through Tall Poppy's made me feel like I was joining a community
Rachel gave us great advice on the process selling for our house. Nothing was too much trouble and she and Linley kept us informed every step of the way
My experience with Rachel in selling my two sections is excellent, considering I was not even in New Zealand at the time of both sales. Not being in the country would be a challenge for any agent and I take my hat off to both Rachel and Linley. She was always keeping me up dated on any enquiries made. Personally I would not hesitate to use Rachel again, whether it be to buy or sell. Both Rachel and Linley are very experienced in what they do, easy to listen and talk to and aways helpful. If anyone is ever hesitant about Rachel or Linley with a sale or to buy don't be, you are in good hands. Review submitted by Warwick (Vendor) on 15 Mar 2021
