Putting our home on the market was a very big decision for us. Rachel talked us through the steps and with her huge knowledge of the area and years of experience in selling homes, she helped us through the process and made everything easy and stress free. Her professionalism and lovely manner along with her tireless energy, and our house was sold within a month. Rachel kept in touch all the time through the process and was always available for any questions we had. If you are thinking about selling your home in Omokoroa, we highly recommend Rachel Millard.

We have been very pleased with the attention Rachel gave our sale and the enthusiasm she showed in getting open homes going promptly and effectively. She kept us informed on progress and her feelings about the reaction of viewers. Our sale was finally signed up after some determination and extra coaching of the purchasers who were uncertain of procedures etc. Rachel is a good efficient agent and we recommend her to anyone wanting to buy or sell.

Her market knowledge was perfect knows what shes doing .

Rachel makes the paper work appear simple and uncluttered. Once the property is listed with her she gives you immediate attention in terms of always returning calls, updating you after all viewings, respecting privacy and your home, reliably locking and turning lights off! She is calm, pleasant, intuitive about prospective buyers intentions. Best of all, Rachel gets " the pen to paper" even in a slowing, difficult sellers market ... the result being you are very likely to get multiple offers. Rachel is my real estate agent of choice. I love any opportunity to recommend her.

We found her to be very approachable and easy to talk to with excellent communication skills. Rachel made the sale a smooth and seamless process. Also helpful was Rachel's incredible local knowledge and passion for the beautiful Omokoroa.

Thank you so much for your help with buying & selling our home. You made the process simple and easy to understand for us, and we appreciate your patience and expertise. Your insight was extremely valuable to us and I don’t think we could have done this without you. If you ever need a review or testimonial, please let us know! It’s the least we could do as thanks for your excellent service and valuable insight. Thank you again for everything! Sincerely, Jas & Neha

Rachel Milllard is one of those very rare people who listen and understand exactly what you need with your home sale. She is a wonderful lady who genuinely cares about helping you sell and/or buy your next property. Rachel is honest, reliable and totally trustworthy. She os also an honest negotiator. We would absolutely 💯 recommend you ask her to be your agent. Honestly you will NOT be disappointed. Thankyou Rachel and Lara for being such awesome people to deal with.

Rachel us highly regarded in the Omokoroa area for her knowledge and experience of selling peoples homes. She worked with and for us in successfully selling our home, in a slow market, in a timely manner. She didn’t ‘live in our pockets’, but definitely kept us well informed with how things were going, and discussed any changes we wanted to make. We highly recommend Rachel

Very professional at all times. Offering advice and local market knowledge to obtain the best possible outcome for our family. Nothing was too much trouble and they were only a phone call away if we had any questions or needed details explained. Feedback and regular updates were given throughout the process which was very helpful. Our family would not hesitate to recommend Rachel and her team and we would most definitely use them again.

Great local knowledge, great communication, great marketing and a great result! Rachel is friendly and responsive and we always felt very confident and at ease in her hands. Big thanks to you and your team.

Given the timing in the market, Karl and I were really quite nervous about whether we had made the right decision to sell but Rachel and Lara were amazing. Rachel was replying to my messages from early morning until late at night, comforting us and guiding us the whole time. She never just told us what she knew we wanted to hear, she was honest and treated us as if we were her family. We would choose this team again in a heartbeat! 🥰

Being a local herself, Rachel knew her demographic and was a wealth of information. Any question asked was responded to in an efficient and timely manner. Would highly recommend Rachel for any real estate matters.
