Patrick successfully negotiated the sale of a rental property belonging to our seriously ill mother earlier in the year after a harrowing marketing campaign with a difficult tenant. He and Ray White Real Estate Bayfair re ran the campaign at their cost when the original one attracted no buyers due to the actions of the tenant. Patrick was hugely professional at all times and kept us informed every step of the way. We would have no hesitation in recommending Patrick Stegman . June

Patrick is the best sales agent. Im very appreciating what he did for me. His ideas worked well and also thanks a lot for all the time he spent to sort the staff out on behalf of me. Very very good person. Highly recommend to everyone to work with. Thanks

Patrick went out of his way to assist us with the purchase of the property, as settlement was a day before we left the country and the property purchased was not in our home town.

We found Patrick a very likeable young man from the start and eager to get our business we found him very professional. Keeping us up to date daily with good advice and supporting us through a difficult period. We can’t give Patrick enough praise. We wish him the best for the future.
