From the first open home with Andre . He has been unbelievable. He stayed in contact with us all the time . It took 5 months to sell our home in Hamilton and move to Tauranga. Then we meet Katherine, the two together are a force to be reckon with, they both listen to our needs and dreams and delivered, they both went over and above. Brent impressed us with his sales skills when we first met him. Therefore we were a little disappointed to have so much input from a lot of other agents. Andre was brilliant but we were expecting Brent Bastin to be more present for the sale of our house, as we chose him for his sales skills. Andre and Brent were so friendly and approachable and their communication was beyond amazing. We did not get anywhere near the price that our house was valued at which was very disappointing. We understand the market had slowed but unsure of the extent to which we had to reduce our price by.
