Purchasing properties can be a little daunting at times, but this transaction went smoothly considering the issues we faced. It helps when the agent and vendor are working positively with the buyer to get the outcome. I found this a lot less stressful than other transactions. Thanks for sticking with us through the bank/Christmas issues, etc. We appreciate the constant communication and relaxed but professional approach.
