Having dealt with Adriana as a buyer before, and having attended many open homes that she has run for other properties, we were fairly sure that she would do a great job of the marketing and selling of our property. When choosing what agent to use, we wanted someone that would provide good advice on how to present and market the property, that would get the property to market quickly and that would be really pro-active in identifying and following up with buyers that were legitimate prospects to buy our property. My past experience told me that Adriana would do that for us - and she did not disappoint!! Would rate 10 out of 10 in every aspect. Highly recommend if you want an agent that will get your house sold - and having bought off her before, she's great for people looking to buy too.
