Adriana Watson We were thrilled to have Adriana as our real estate agent. She was very knowledgeable about the market especially in our area and gave us a very fair and realistic appraisal. She offered options for methods of sale, giving us the pros and cons for each method. She was professional and didn’t pressure us into one method or another, allowing us to make our decision based on her information. Once we chose our method of sale she was very helpful and supportive, guiding us along the way including offering suggestions for home presentation. She was a great communicator, always available, extremely approachable, and always with a smile on her face. She worked closely with her colleagues from Team Ritchie and other Harcourts agents from our area. Together they worked hard on our behalf to run open homes and private viewings providing us with detailed feedback on a weekly basis, which we found incredibly enlightening and useful. We got to know Adriana very well over the course of our sale and found her to be extremely hard working, diligent and trustworthy.
