We decided to sell in August 2024 and we were advised by Adriana to commence decluttering but to hold off putting the house on to the market until October when the weather would be hopefully better. During the decluttering process she gave us sound advice on what furniture to remove so that the house could be presented in the best way to the market. During the sales process of Open Homes etc she kept us fully informed and again offered practical advice on how the market was performing. The process was very stressful for us as you can imagine but Adriana worked hard to put our minds at rest and make the whole process as easy as possible for us.
