We started our real estate journey with Adrian over 3 months ago when we shared with him our dream of moving to a lifestyle property. For this to happen we needed to list and sell two properties, let alone find our dream property! We found our new home early on in the process and Adrian calmly and professionally navigated us through the process, including the Christmas shutdown in the middle of it, to eventually come out with two sales and a successful offer on our new home. Adrian's knowledge of the market and specifically the quirks and nuances of a lifestyle property to the uneducated buyer is exceptional. Hopefully we do not need the services of an agent now for some time but we would recommend Adrian to any buyer or seller to perform above and beyond requirements, and would certainly engage his services should we need to again in the future.
