Adrian is a super star of North Canterbury Real estate. We meet Adrian a few times at open homes while on our property search. He was always Professional and Knowledge on all the properties he was Marketing. I was impressed that he would remember who we where amongst the number of potential buyers he is in contact with. When we did eventually find the house we wanted to turn into our family home he helped turn our dream into reality. Our purchase was not the easiest settlement I am sure he has ever had, but the communication and prompt response from him helped to get the deal across the line and turned our experience into a great one. Adrian is not the kind of agent whom once the deal is done, its see you later... until you are ready for next purchase or sale. Adrian, follows through right through past settlement and even after this he remembers you, chats to you when he see's you in the community and is genuinely interest in how you are enjoying the property.
