We live abroad and AJ handled everything, even down to mowing the lawn to have it ready for the photos. He helped us throughout the whole process explaining the system and keeping us up to date at every stage. Phone calls had to be planned as we’re 13hrs behind NZ with AJ often ringing out of his own office hours. Right up to settlement AJ was totally committed and nothing was too much trouble. Cannot recommend him highly enough.

AJ was the natural choice for us when we were planning to list our beach house for sale. He sold us the house 16 years ago and because he is local we have maintained contact over the years. AJ visited promptly when we contacted him to discuss marketing the house, he provided advice on the work needed to present the property and discussed price expectations. Once we listed, AJ went above and beyond to work around the weather to get the best conditions for the photo shoot. This attitude of going the extra mile characterises his work. AJ is great with communication, keeps you informed at all stages, is reliable and thorough with planning, open homes and paperwork. We got a great result from a strong marketing campaign in a tricky market and would highly recommend AJ as the local agent at Riversdale Beach.

Adrian was welcoming at the Open Homes we attended. He provided good information that was helpful when we were viewing the properties for sale. We received all information on the properties we viewed promptly following the open homes, which allowed us to quickly do our due diligence. He responded to phone calls and emails immediately. We look forward to working with Adrian in the future.

Adrian communicated with us on a regular basis both on his initiative and when questions were raised. He communicated well with us about the property. Pointing out issues he felt we should check out or follow up on. His professional standards were never in question.
