Its hard to sell the family home after 30 plus yrs especially when we had renovated it from a dump, you put more than sweat and money into a home, there are 30yrs of memories, Adraian understands this and worked closely with us on every aspect of the process. Even though she has a thorough understanding of the whole process, she brought the whole crew around for a look which I thought very smart. Adraian was easy to deal with, always returned calls, which is a biggy for me, and made a tough time smooth. If we were to sell again I would definitely get Adraian to handle it.
