Putting it very simply, Adam delivered! A sale was achieved within just three days and I think this was because Adam did what he said he would. We agreed on a price which he suggested was realistic and which would attract good interest and hopefully, more than one offer. The asking price was actually exceeded due to the interest of multiple buyers.The reasonable and transparent 'upfront' asking price worked for us and the buyer too. Who really wants to try to buy a house where the asking price isn't known?
