As a first-home buyer, I had read many negative reviews about realtors and had experienced a few soulless interactions myself. Naturally, this left me feeling cautious, sceptical, and lacking confidence in the buying process. That all changed when I met Adam. From our first phone call before viewing the property, I could immediately tell he genuinely loved what he did and took real pride in the community I would soon call home. When we met in person, he was everything I hadn’t expected from a realtor - authentic, respectful, approachable, and never once pushy. What truly stood out, however, was the support both Adam & Eve gave me throughout the buying process. When my solicitor’s communication became beyond appalling, Adam & Eve stepped in without hesitation. Whether through text, email, or phone calls, they patiently explained every step of the process and kept me informed when I otherwise would have been left completely in the dark. Their compassion, professionalism, and genuine care for me as the buyer was something I never imagined experiencing in real estate. Adam responded to every text, call, and email with lightning speed, and honestly, without his encouragement and patience, I think I would have gone mad! For Adam & Eve, this is clearly not “just another sale.” Yes, they represent their vendors, but they also make a real effort to check in on buyers, ensuring you feel supported, informed, and reassured throughout the journey. Their communication is warm, friendly yet professional, and incredibly comforting during what can be a very overwhelming and hugely stressful experience. Thank you, Adam & Eve. I’m genuinely looking forward to becoming a local. If the rest of the GH community are half as hospitable as you both, then we’re moving into one of Auckland’s very best suburbs.
