Adam and Eve had already met and signed with my father prior to his passing. They were nice, friendly and easy to talk to, so I continued the sale with them. Unfortunately, as the sale progressed we had to drop the price quite dramatically as the type of house did not align with the market at the time, and the original assessment. That being said, they were very professional from my side of the deal. I would definitely recommend them as the assistance I received from them was invaluable.

I am really impressed by Adam. He contacted me out of the blue with the property, which wasn't listed. Adam had been through the open home signs-ins and seen my name come up a lot as someone who was seriously looking in the area. He got in touch, arranged a viewing and it was the perfect property. If Adam wasn't doing such a great job of identifying potentional buyers then I'd sytill be looking. The vendors must be delighted with him.
