After having several appointments with local real estate agents to discuss how we would sell our home that we lived in for 17 years & renovated throughout, we wanted to have someone who we could trust to sell our home. When the house went onto the market, generally through open homes, Scott always arrived on time & provided the perspective buyers as much information that was available. He followed up with with them all over the next few days, and informed us through first a phone call as well as an online report, this helped us tremendously, so that we knew what was happening. We had 2 serious offers, and were able to discuss with Scott the approach we should take. When it was time to negotiate the offers, it was easy to do due to the Arizto website. I found Scott particularly easy to deal with due to his honest and realistic approach in dealing with a property of a type and location that was that was not easy to sell. At all times he remained positive and supportive when I suspect other agents might have sought to "crunch the vendor" and seek an easy sale and quick exit. In the end Scott achieved the exact asking price for the property and importantly a figure that the vendor was very comfortable with. He was in touch with the local market and trends, and also was particularly helpful even after the sale became unconditional. I think even the end purchaser would be very appreciative of his attendances in that regard also. I also praise the Arizto model as an extremely cost efficient method compared to the archaic, unwarranted and ridiculously expensive two person (mostly ) team effort that the conventional, overhead burdened agencies still adopt as their principle selling method.
