It was by chance that we viewed a property with Vanessa and her team, this particular property was not right for us and would be out of our price range. Vanessa suggested we come and view another property on the same day. We loved this property and made a pre auction offer on the Sunday night which was accepted. We were guided by Vanessa and Jono to go in with our best offer, which is what we did and our offer was accepted. This property has been instrumental for our future and we relied heavily on the rental income that it provided. However, due to purchasing the family home we knew to sell the rental property would be the right move. You listen to their experience and trust, trust, trust. The end result far exceeded our expectations in every aspect.
