Right from the onset of Anita coming to appraise my property I felt well informed and confident in the process. She was exceedingly patient with me as it was a while before I actually decided to sell. I opted for an auction 20 May 2021 and this was clearly explained to me and all paperwork was sent through to my solicitor for reviewing. Once listed online with Harcourts I had a private viewing request within 12 hrs by Sandra Turner. That was Saturday. A SECOND viewing was requested for Monday ( Anzac Day holiday) and that afternoon I got call from Anita with an offer well exceeding my expectations! No conditions except finance and Anita again explained all of the options to me. After talking to family and friends I accepted the offer which went unconditional in 48 hrs as my listing hadnt gone live online I didnt have to proceed with the auction.
