We first met Anita last year when we knew we would be putting our beloved house on the market. We’d seen she was “No 1” so thought we’d start with the best. We found Anita friendly and down to earth and inspired the confidence that we were right in our choice. Twelve months later, when we were definitely up for selling the house, we had two other quotes from different agencies, neither of which inspired confidence. So back to Anita. We found The Team very professional, friendly, and quick to communicate. Leah was a gem, keeping us up to date with the open homes. The day before the auction we met with Andrew the auctioneer, another lovely person from the team. At that stage we knew we had multiple buyers, but would the house sell. Well, it did, for over our reserve and some. We were so awestruck, we couldn’t remember how much the hammer went down at! A very pleasing outcome, and one we don’t think would have been achieved with another agency.

Anita and her team (especially Dino) were awesome to deal with as first home buyers! It can be quite a daunting process, but they made it exciting and easy for us. We turned up at one of Dino's property viewings and he was very warm and welcoming. He took the time to get to know us and what we were looking for. After that viewing he made time to take us to similar properties that he knew we would like. It gave us a really good insight to what we actually wanted to buy. Dino even recommended a lawyer for us as we were dealing with a deadline sale and we couldn't get hold of our original lawyers. After our offer had been accepted, communication was kept up and settlement was super smooth!
