The best bit about Shane and the team, they never give up until its firmly in the bag!!!!! Ours was a tricky house to sell for lots of reasons, but they kept on pushing even to get more backups just incase, which proved very valuable in the end. Shane is very pleasant to deal with and he has very good knowledge of the market. At the same time, he did not push me into making decisions but guided me through with ample knowledge. I have utmost confidence in his negotiation skills as he speaks well and is very persuasive. He also responds quickly to any questions that I have .
