Selling and buying is the most stressful thing ever to have to deal with, especially when you’re very specific with what you’re looking for. When you have a large family so many factors come into play with ‘would likes’ and then you have the added stress of competing with investors and developers. Munish sold us our home. We found Munish to be very knowledgeable in the area our house was located. He was very helpful in providing information and answered questions in a timely manner. There were times I was ready to give up on buying due to some things at our end and out of our control but so glad to have Munish encouragement throughout our purchase. We LOVE our house and feel so blessed to have won it at auction.
Munish was quick with communication and even sent me an email on Christmas day to confirm I had been successful in my purchase. However there was an issue with the oven which dragged out, and I was never reimbursed the money to reconnect the power account as promised. Also the remote for the car park doesn't work, all annoying issues which had to be sorted out post settlement.

We bought an apartment through him in March 2019, sold 2 houses through him in September/October 2020. We are happy that Munish handled the business in a professional way. One point we are not happy is that B&T auctionee placed our auction of 30 Hamill Road Otara in the 10th of the auction list, that meaned we cannot have the good position in the order of auction.
