Right since the time I mentioned to him that I was looking at selling the property- he knew all about the area, the title, types of property it was etc simply from the address. He helped us in the entire renovation process- telling us what to do, what not to do and also gave us some reliable tradies who did a fast and well priced job. He even helped in getting us a home staging company and advised on the layout too.
