Upon review, what sets them apart is they are realistic. What they said at the appraisal stage is what we sold for. They deeply understand the market and are upfront and honest with what they think your property is worth. There's no fluff and bubble, just straight to the point. From my experience, this is rare as a lot of agents can give you false hope but there was none of this with Abbey and Amy. Couldn't give them better feedback and highly recommend to anyone.
