Linda Teng is the most professional agent among the agents we have experienced along the way. She not only spent her evening time to do a private view for us, showing us around the house, but disclosed potential problems without hiding any flaws. After the house tour, we were into the house deeply and wanted to negotiate a pre-auction offer with the vendor. Linda stayed up late to support us negotiating with the vendor, and finally got to a point that both the vendor and us were happy about the price and the pre-auction offer was accepted.
