I met Linda at an open home and got chatting, I explained my honest budget and what we are looking for, and she immediately directed me to a different property that matched our description, and arranged for me to view that day with her Colleague Eileen meeting us at the property. The house was great but going to Auction which we did not have pre approval to bid on, so Linda and Eileen immediately prepared our offer ( with required variations) in the event it did not sell.
