Cherry is a hardworking, reliable agent. She has consistently kept me informed of opportunities and important changes in the property market and she has a well-developed sense that comes with years of experience. Cherry remains calm under pressure and her negotiation skills have proven excellent. I trust Cherry’s advice and highly recommend her as a strong, over-achieving agent
Cherry is one of the most hardworking individuals we have worked with. She never leaves any stone unturned. Her communication is gets our top mark. She is honest with all the information. Cherry is very easy to work with.
When we were looking to find a right agent to sell our house located at Glendene, my wife and I often drove around its neighborhoods to check "For Sale" boards along every streets. When got off access at Te Atatu Intersection, we did see some boards with a gentle smile kind lady Cherry Ning who might say our language and/or share common cultural backgrounds with us. On a sunny weekend, we visited one of her open home. We were impressed by her good understanding about property market especially about Waitakere region. We signed agent agreement with her when the house was ready. The following selling process were quite pleasurable experiences. We accepted almost all suggestions from Cherry, from staging, marketing, auction , .. to final settlement. We do really appreciated what Cherry has done for us and wishing to have other chances to cooperate with her again.
We could not say enough thank you to Cherry. She was sincerely supportive and worked so hard for her clients (sellers and buyers). We were so impressed with her weekly feedback, which made it easy for us to understand the current markets and our potential buyers. She guided us with a professional strategy and gave us a strong trust to sell our property to get the best result. Highly recommend her. Thank you so much Cherry!!
From our very first moment of contact with Cherry, she impressed us with her knowledge & professionalism, and her very warm disposition. Cherry followed through with everything she said she would. And she was able to achieve a very quick and stress free sale for us! We would absolutely recommend Cherry 100%
We are very glad to have Cherry to market our property in a challenging market. She delivers result! It's SOLD! Cherry is very familiar with the area and shared her experience and did market research for us. She updates us after every open home and touch base with every potential buyer personally. We can't ask for such dedicated service and professionalism more. We are very privilege to have her market the property. Highly recommended!!!
Cherry was absolutely great to deal with even though she was the vendor's agent. Cherry was understanding, helpful and absolutely professional in her work. I would definitely reach out to her for any future real estate requirements.
Cherry did a great job keeping us informed. She makes selling your place stressfree and is a professional and caring.
When I was staying with my elderly father in west Auckland a couple of years back, I fortuitously tucked away a letter that had arrived in our mailbox from Cherry. I managed to find it last November when we needed it, did some research to see what others said, and impressed, got Cherry to our list the house. I'm so glad we did and that I saved that letter. She made the daunting task of trying to sell Dad's house possible in a very difficult market and remotely (I'm in Wellington). Every step of the way, she anticipated what would be hard (and stressful) with me being so far away (like getting tidy up jobs done on the house before listing), and provided a solution. I was keeping up-to-date with the market, and everything I was reading backed up the very sound, professional and regular updates I was receiving from Cherry about the current state of the property market, how far away a recovery might be, and what was happening locally - always backed up by recent local sales data. We hadn't ruled out taking the house off the market, renting it instead and waiting for the market to recover, but that wasn't my father's preference. I never felt pressure from Cherry to accept any offer, and knew that if we decided to take it off the market she would have respectfully understood. She even offered to drive several hours to meet my father if he had wanted that as I was doing the leg work on his behalf as his power of attorney. In the end, despite good marketing but limited interest (a sign of the times for this kind of property at this time), there was the real prospect we wouldn't be able to sell for an acceptable price at this time. But Cherry worked hard and managed to get us multiple offers. We accepted the highest, which was in our ball park. It was not of course as good as it would have been at the height of the boom in mid 2021/early 2022, and reflected the value falls since those crazy times, but we were realistic on that front. I highly recommend Cherry.
Moving on after 44years wasn't going to be easy, but it was time to downsize. Meeting Cherry for the first time, she put me at ease & I felt confident I had chosen the right agent. I was kept informed so well during the whole process. I feel Cherry went above & beyond to get a sale for me & I would have no hesitation in recommending her to anybody.
Cherry was very helpful throughout our house buying experience as 1st homebuyers. From my first auction, where she acted for the vendor, which I missed out on,to providing reassurance, remembering my needs snd budget, calling me a couple of weeks later with an opportunity and connecting me with the vendor we bought from who was looking to sell quickly.Second time lucky! Now weve just had our first xmas in our home and loving it. thank you Cherry.
We found it quite professional and the knowledge towards processing marketing our property was impressive.
