Ifran was a strong advocate for the vendor. Polite to deal with, while working hard to promote the properties strong points. He has a really good knowledge of the building act and subdivision. He worked until the final hours to get a few thousand more for the property, annoying for me as the buyer, but doing the right thing for the vendor. I'd use Ifran to sell my properties.
