Our experience of Nick and the team, and their handling of our two properties to deliver the desired results, are as follows; They offered a different “lens” on how to present our properties, including practical solutions and contacts from the get-go, e.g., home staging to appeal to specific buyers, targeted contacts, in particular for obtaining a Certificate of Acceptance (CoA) for unconsented works which we had not been able to find a solution to for the many months during the previous campaign, a handyman for those small jobs that needed doing before going on the market. This all added up to a team who had the experience and know-how to move forward to get where we needed to be to sell in this market. This was refreshing and saved us valuable time. Other positives were; - We had a team of 2+ working for us (compared with a sole agent) - Their use of digital marketing - Paperless transactions - Quick turnaround for responses (group chat) - Mentally, we were able to continue going because Nick and the team always presented with confident and positive vibes, and a sense they were genuinely committed to helping us move on, and fast! - Helped broker our purchase, which has been integral to the negotiations, cooperation and good will of the vendor in helping us secure the perfect home – a win all around!
