John just made the whole experience so easy. Helpful advice about how to go about sale. Doing it sooo quickly to fit in the sale before Xmas, including all the staging, photos, signs, advertising, organising the auction, S&P agreement etc. Even planted some flowers in garden and put in bark etc for that extra burst of life. He went that little bit further - checked remotes were working and put in new batteries etc. Kept us up to date on the open homes with full notes and videos.
