Wendy was amazing. She had a really comprehensive knowledge of the area, other recent sales and what buyers would be looking for. When setting a price expectation with us, this was based on her local market experience, and while ambitious, she was careful not to set our expectations too high. She put a lot of thought into the marketing, and planned down to the finest detail when getting set for open homes. We received a pre-auction offer and Wendy clearly laid out the facts and pros and cons, while leaving us to make the decision, then working with the buyer to achieve the best outcome. We have had some horrendous experiences with Real Estate agents as a buyer, and didn’t come across any that we would have wanted to sell our home. But in Wendy we found someone that was knowledgeable, genuine, supportive and flexible around our requirements. We can’t recommend Wendy highly enough.

Wendy is an awesome Real Estate Agent her communication was excellent everytime we called or emailed her she always answered quickly. She told us she didn't know the area so well and she had no hesitation of getting in another person from the same company in the area to help.That alone told me she was putting us first. We were recommended to Wendy by someone else and she was certainly 110% at every point. Making everything clear from the start and guiding us through the process.
