Mike did so well in managing a really tricky sale of my parents estate. He was helpful in sourcing the information we needed from council and the legalities. Previous agents from another company had not made us aware of these things and Mike was onto them immediately and got the best price for us. For all the complications on our need Mike made the whole process run smoothly.
