Lisa was a pleasure to work with. Her commitment to getting the right result was impressive, as was her ability to clearly articulate the market and realistic expectations. Lisa’s ability to communicate with us, and potential buyers was standout. We felt constantly in the loop with regards to what was happening and had plenty of notice of visits - made more difficult by level 3. Really impressed with Lisa’s diligence and en eye for detail. Thank you!

Our selling situation definitely wasn't a typical sale as it had a lot of moving parts, however, Lisa's knowledge and expertise made sure that we got the best result. As this was our first sale we were constantly throwing questions and queries her way and Lisa was always there to answer them. Lisa showed absolute professionalism throughout the sale, always going that one step further for us. If you want an agent that is going to back you, Lisa is who you want!

Lisa was great to deal with. Consistent communication, friendly and went the extra mile. Would happily work with her again.

Lisa was amazing to work with. She means business, and works hard to get things done. She provided a very thorough appraisal and made the staging and selling process a breeze. Lisa went far beyond expectations and provided us with heaps of helpful tips and advice. We highly recommend!

I have bought and sold 4 times over the last 7 years. I have found it's imperative to engage the right agent for the property location and marketplace situation to meet my desired outcome. Lisa was my choice after vetting 3 other agents onsite. Lisa had amazing knowledge of the area, especially of previous sales and recent sales, and she was on-point with the target market. Being neither over bearing nor impassive, Lisa gave a thoughtful proposition with insights into bank specific financial senarios based on the marketplace and product. Lisa organised two potential property stagers and a high level photographer. The stager was brilliant, and an absolute pleasure to work with. The presentation was as good as it gets and so affordable. Listed for auction, bought forward due to fantastic numbers through the property, sold sticker in under 3 weeks. Lisa truly is a champion of her craft and I recommend her and her team to anyone who wishes to get the best outcome and result.

Lisa was very easy to deal with and professional, we are so glad we found her.

She put in the hard yards with multiple viewings of my lifestyle block. Her patience and guidance through the processes led to the successful sale at price that exceeded my original expectations. I cannot thank her enough and highly recommend Lisa to anyone thinking of selling a property.

Lisa assisted in putting us in contact with the right agent to complete the sale of a large heavy industrial commercial property and was supportive through the auction process. The second property was 20 acres of lifestyle block for land development. This was a huge amount of work with individual viewings and tricky long term settlement offers. She was so hardworking and positive. At no time did she push us to accept an offer we weren't happy with and never questioned our decision. I would thoroughly recommend her to anyone with property to sell. She's also hilarious.

Lisa and Taryn sold my home recently. Right from the first meeting they were professional and informative, always happy to answer questions and offer advice about coming to market. The information they provided to help me make the decision to sell proved to be absolutely ‘on point’. Their attention to detail in preparing for marketing was excellent which resulted in a great internet presence. Open home attendance was amazing and I had 8 registered buyers for my auction. The sale price was 140k above my reserve, Thanks to a winning team!!! 100% recommended

Lisa was very helpful in the process of securing my first home and was there walking me through the auction process on the day. Thank you.

Lisa was awesome! She kept us updated and informed at every point during our interaction with her. Helpful at each step of the process which is super helpful for first home buyers such as ourselves and made it easier for us to work with. Thanks Lisa

Taryn and Lisa were so friendly and professional - they made us feel comfortable and were always there to answer any of our questions. We 100% recommend Taryn and Lisa to anyone buying. They're the best!
