A thoroughly professional approach is used by Aaron at all times. He responded to queries promptly and effectively and was responsive to the needs of both parties involved in the transaction. We have dealt with dozens of agents over the last two decades and Aaron has been far and away the best. Cannot recommend highly enough.

Aaron and Troy understood the dynamics with selling this property. They did an exceptional job of keeping me informed with phone calls emails and visits to my workplace to get papers signed. Nothing seemed too much trouble for these two. As a first time vendor I was very thankful to have Aaron and Troy guiding me through the process. Thank you for all the hard work that goes on behind the scenes to get the sale over the line. Kim

We recently bought our dream home with Aaron's help. Aaron and his team were professional, kind and amicable throughout the buying process. His problem-solving approach and expertise in negotiation helped us move forward confidently, and we felt like both parties had a fair outcome from the transaction. We highly recommend his services to anyone looking to buy or sell their home.

We had a property listed with another company that was getting minimal if any viewings and no offers for months. Following a recommendation, we switched to Aaron and within the first few weeks saw a huge jump in the number of people coming through the open homes and had an offer within a month. No doubt there was a huge amount of work behind the scenes going on that we didn't have to think or worry about. Aaron and his team made the sales process simple and clear, communication was prompt and concise and only as required. Have no hesitation in recommending Aaron onto others as he was recommended onto us.

Aaron and his team have put in a huge effort to get this sale across the line. Aaron has been a pleasure to work with and has shown great skills and determination in achieving the sale. Many thanks to Aaron and all the Bayleys team for the result under very trying market conditions. Highly recommended to all potential vendors.

Can't speak highly enough of Aaron Paterson's efforts in selling our home in Enderley. We didn't make it easy for him: no open homes, no view of the home from the street (high wall and locked gate), no auction and high expectations regarding sale price. None-the-less he achieved the sale in just over three months. Outstanding effort. All communication was excellent: timely and very clear and the entire experience with Bayleys was 100% professional. Highly recommended.

Aaron was very supportive throughout our journey never rushed us always communicated well and gave great advice when required.

I found Aaron a knowledgeable agent who provides great communication. He pro-actively helped me as a purchaser with listing searches and organising block viewings of multiple properties. Aaron provided excellent communication through the negotiation process and uncompletion. I would recommend Aaron to both vendors and purchasers.

From day one Aaron and Troy have been amazing agents. They made the process of selling and buying after 20 years a positive experience. Aaron's and Troy's professional etiquette on all levels was outstanding and their knowledge of the market was exceptional. Even dealing with us being overseas at the time he still managed to close the deal for us. Would highly recommend Aaron and his team.

Aaron is a personable and professional real estate agent. We found Aaron to be straight forward and honest in his communications with us and the purchase of the property seamless. We would certainly recommend Aaron to others, and he would be a preferred agent to use for other property purchases or sales.

Thanks to Aaron Paterson and his team for the time and effort put in to negotiating open homes with our tenants during a short and sharp auction campaign. I believe Aaron's wide network is very advantageous to his vendors and would recommend his professional work ethic, good communication skills and committment to the job in hand.

Much appreciation to Aaron Paterson of Bayleys Real Estate and his team for the professional sale of our rental property. It was a successful outcome for us after a good advertising campaign in what is a difficult environment for vendors at present. We were kept in the loop at all times and feel Aaron went the extra mile for us and we are grateful for his expertise.
