Top salesperson who is both sympathetic and pragmatic in equal measure

Aaron is an exceedingly capable salesperson with good experience in his area, excellent people skills, and a genuine manner that makes it clear that you are not just a number to him, but a person with your own goals and circumstances to deal with, and the dignity that goes along with them. He is able to be sympathetic and understanding, meeting you at the place you are at internally, while also being able to deliver the reality of the situation, which can sometimes be harsh, without becoming harsh himself. He is someone you can trust, always available to give advice, and always active to get what needs doing done in a timely manner. Finally, his personal philosophy of working to do everything he is able, while accepting those things that are outside of his control is worthy of respect, and ensures that, no matter what happens, he is never rattled. I chose him as my agent to sell my mother's house after she passed, on her advice prior to passing, and I am glad I did. I will be going through him for any other real estate dealings I have in the future.
