We chose Aalayya to sell our rental property as she had helped us sell our house a couple of years ago and was great. She is still great and even better now with excellent support from Aadil. Extremely hardworking, knows the market and industry inside out so was able to come up with a strong sales plan. Because of this and all her contacts over many years of real estate we had multiple viewings and interest in the property immediately. The resulting sale at auction was fantastic and we couldn't be happier with everything Aalayya and Aadil helped us with.
