Professional in every way.

Aalayya helped us secure our dream house. We have been through few auctions and contacted many agents but were unsuccessful. We are glad that we contacted Aalayya and she helped us secure the first house we saw and felt in love with. Highly recommend Aalayya for your next house hunt. :)

We have absolutely loved working with Aalayya. Aalayya goes above and beyond and continuously works hard to get the very best for us. We have both sold and bought with Aalayya and would highly recommend her to anyone looking to buy or sell their home. Aalayya was an acquaintance but is now a close friend. 5 + stars. Thank you so much.

Aalayya went above & beyond to deliver the best possible result in selling our property, setting a new record for our street! But not only did she do what she said she would, we had a lot of fun with her & she conducted herself with tremendous flair & integrity. Harcourts are very lucky to have her!

Great knowledge about the properties in the surrounding suburb and very professional and informative.

Amazing lady. So helpful dedicated & worked superbly with a difficult property. Highly recommend. Went the extra mile.

I recently had the experience of purchasing a property through Aalayya She demonstrated excellent all round skills, Aalayya is particularly good at listening, negotiating and follow up during the sale process. I would recommend her for future work.

You will not meet a better complete efficient and authentic agent. Goes way beyond her needs with clients, both seller and buyer. Both seller and buyer feel like they have to do nothing but sit back and wait for Aalayya to complete all necessary actions in a timely manner to complete the sale and purchase including many visits, dozens of phone calls, all necessary legal requirements etc for both vendor and buyer, she does it all. As said, the seller and the buyer just have to sit back and watch. As a world wide Agent myself in another business I find it incredibly satisfying to watch her achieve the remarkable sale of my property and how she made it a very pleasant experience for my family and for the buyer's family as well. When we started three months ago, she told me that a sale of my property would be completed by 29th of March. Done! What more can I say? Aalayya is number one Agent in my book.

Aalayya has been amazing to deal with. She is very approachable and has an extensive knowledge of the area which we found very beneficial. She has made the process seamless and shown she genuinely cares with her regular follow up phone calls. Would highly recommend Aalayya!

We are extremely happy with Aalayya. A complete professional that made the entire selling process very easy. Aalayya kept us informed and was also available to answer our many and never ending questions. Highly recommend Aalayya to anyone who wants the very best.

Aalayya is very knowledgeable, professional and communicative and so easy to deal with! It has been such a seamless process thanks to Aalayya, and we are very thankful for her hard work and dedication with our purchase.

We decided to sell our property. After listing with an agent we had no real positive outcomes, viewing etc. We knew our property was in good condition and area so I called Harcourts. We connected with Aalayya who was professional and positive from the very first meeting. Her proposal was prepared quickly and professionally Harcourts new what they were doing. The advertising on our property was professionally prepared a real wow factor. Within the first week we had an offer; then a back up offer. All this during the Covid restrictions. Then Sold at an excellent price. Nice job Aalayya thanks for your help. Glen Green
