Our experience with Aakash was absolutely positive. In a flat market with high interest rates, Aakash was positive our house would sell quickly. Aakash was not a local agent to our area but we took a punt as we liked him from initial contact. Our initial discussions were focused and professional. We discussed strategies and Aakash ensured our expectations were realistic. Our first photo shoot was well organised, however, when the photos came back, Aakash contacted us and said the majority of the photos were excellent but there was a small number that he wasn’t happy with and wanted our opinion.
