We were committed to another purchase and were devastated when the sale of our house fell through. Jared and Hannah came to our rescue. They bent over backwards to help in any way they could, keeping us updated along the way. We couldn’t thank them enough. Anyone wishing to sell their property should look no further than Team Jared.

Jared and his Team provided an excellent result driven campaign. Everything flowed from start to finish and the communication was precise and professional. Ray White's knowledge of the Mangere Bridge area was second to none and ensured the best price was attained in the current market

I chose Jared Hards to market our home because he lives and works locally, and had already given appraisals and prepping advice, a couple of times prior. I found him at all times friendly and caring, yet respectful and professional, during a difficult and stressful period. I appreciated that he was never overbearing or pushy. His communication was second-to-none, always responding quickly to any contact I made, and answering any questions fully. He was happy to share his market knowledge, and patiently explained the whole marketing and auction process which was all new to me, and fairly intimidating. I would happily recommend Jared Hards and his team.
