This review is mainly Chris Ingram (Paul Butcher did provide supporting details like ICP number, roof work info.. etc) due to dealing with him directly. We found Chris to be very sharp and onto it. I felt we could contact him easily (even when he was on holiday in Australia) and he'd do the best in his power to provide the needed information/advice that he could. There were moments where some of the advice wasn't the best to follow like setting the "going conditional" date to 10 working days instead of the 15 we did set (thanks to the lawyer) which we ultimately had to extend anyway. He did get pushy near the end when we needed more time to review concerns on structural work being done on the property, I personally didn't like that. So overall, he's a go-getter, great worker. Maybe Paul Butcher's more relaxed temperament can guide him to ease back when the situation needs it. I felt with my limited time talking to Paul Butcher, he was mainly relaxed, he wasn't worried with the decisions I was making. Some clients need the pressure, some like us don't. I don't feel a 4 star fairly represents Chris's efforts, again he is great and clearly is a high valued member of the team. I'm more akin to a 4.5 or even a 4.8 star because I feel he has earnt his efforts but there's just a few things to work on. We love the house, thank you so much from the for making this happen.

Paul and his team were fantastic from start to finish. I was selling my house from overseas and really worried about how it would all work, especially in a tricky market but they were great and worked with me all the way though. They did a brilliant job with the marketing (the house looked amazing in the photos) and worked hard to get plenty of viewings through. They kept me in the loop the whole time and were really supportive during the negotiations, which I really appreciated. They even went out of their way to help with things like taking photos of the gas and electricity meters so I could close my accounts. Honestly couldn’t recommend them enough a great team who really go the extra mile
